Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Leon County, Florida, I will sell the following property situated in Leon County, Florida described as:
Lot 27, Block “D”, DUVAL PLAZA, Unrecorded, said lot being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Block, “H” Los Robles, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page ,19, Public Records of Leon County, Florida and run thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 31 seconds East (the East boundary line of said Block “H” is taken to bear South 00 degrees 00 minutes 05 seconds West and all other bearings are relative thereto) a distance of 152.32 feet, then South 48 degrees 16 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of 11.33 feet then South 41 degrees 43 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of 15.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said POINT OF BEGINNING run North 48 degrees 16 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of 20.00 feet, then South 41 degrees 43 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of 20.00 feet, then South 48 degrees 16 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of 20.33 feet, then North 41 degrees 43 minutes 24 seconds West a distance of 20.00 feet, thence North 48 degrees 16 minutes 36 seconds East 00.33 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH an undivided One-Fifty Fourth (1/54) interest in and to the “Common Areas” of said Duval Plaza, said Common areas being described in that certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, Party Wall Agreement and Grant of Reciprocal Easements dated February 11, 1983, recorded in Official Records Book 1054, Page 1658 through 1673, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.
